This blazer is with good quality which is typical for Derek Lam. I usually wear a size 6 for Theory and Vince, but go up to 8 for Derek Lam clothing.

Size up; prepare for long wait and wrinkles

I am a solid size 8 (5’10”, 145, 34D, 28,38). This was a size too small; I did wonder on sizing when viewing the model -the arms are short and tight, and if you are tall like me, the proportions will be too short all over. Beyond that, I am no longer shopping with Bloomingdale’s because 1) it takes too long to receive! Mostly, though, 2) a $500.00 piece comes in a plastic bag completely wrinkled. Bummer! All that to say, the quality (except sizing) of this blazer is good, fabric very nice and substantial.
