Disappointed in low quality products & service!

I always trusted in Bloomingdale’s but what I paid for almost 600$ called luxury's bag came in very low quality, the tag were removed, and the gold petal are scratches . Seems like you shipped the used bag for me . Very disappointed!

So happy with my new bag!

I absolutely love the bag! I have been eyeing for years online and could not believe when I walked into bloomies and it was right there in front of me. I do wish the store carried a bigger selection of colors like the brand has online, but black is classic so I'll have this for a very long time.

Best stylish & functional purse!

Best everyday purse for day & into evening. Fits all my necessities plus my wants & needs without looking bulky. This is my 2nd one. I have the black grain leather which I use daily. Eying the tan leather and croc embossed black leather.

Beautiful, Chic Tote

A beautiful tote bag that is not oversized for me. I purchased the black leather though the brown suede looks gorgeous as well. Well made by this premium brand. The midi (smaller model) is perfect size for me. Looks so good on my arm, just like all the international photos on Pinterest. Just note for holding your items, you can only fit things like a wallet, make-up bag, etc. in the center section (flat bottom area). The winged extensions do snap shut for security and I lay my gloves there. Overall, absolutely love the bag, glad I found it at Bloomingdales and I recommend it.
