La Specialista Arte Evo allows you to dial-in and craft your favorite espresso drinks with a built-in burr grinder, eight precise grind settings, and four beverage pre-sets including espresso, Americano, hot water— and now cold brew. Use one of three active infusion water temperature levels specifically developed to unlock and enhance the aromatic flavors of all types of beans. Expertly extract single or double doses with either of the single wall filter baskets included. Use the powerful steam wand to get silky milk texture, then add your own artistic touch to the foam.

Espresso like at home (Italy)

This machine makes great espresso. It takes a little of try and error but the results are worth the effort. As an Italian in US, I do feel like I’m having “caffè e cappuccino come al bar”.
