coffee feature issue

is there anyone else can’t get real coffee out of this model the espresso setting works fine just coffee setting is slow and drips real slow

Top Quality

I have been purchasing this since we got our Delonghi Coffee Machine, and it had been great! Our machine has been running smoothly as we use it every time the descaling light comes on. There is no after smell or taste, and I find three bottles will last a whole year (based on our usage). The water tank on the machine has levels lined for how much to put in, and they are also on the bottle. We find that helpful also.
