Great idea, really poor design/execution
I bought this car seat when it first came out (~2 years ago), and there were no places that have them in stock to see in person and try out. Upon receiving the car seat, I realized that the base is completely flat and very large. I tried installing this seat in 4 different vehicles but I faced the same problem. Vehicle seats are not flat, they are shaped anatomically therefore this car seat does not fit correctly. I scheduled a consultation with Cybex who walked me through their installation process but apparently were unaware that a large flat seat base does not fit with most vehicles on the road today. They claimed they did extensive testing but on flat bench seats (think golf cart type of seats). This is a really bad design flaw and I'm shocked they have not fixed it 2 years later. Just found out that Nuna came out with a rotating seat, please do yourselves a favor and get that one (or any other car seat really)
Very disappointed
I rarely write reviews, but i am so disappointed that i have to. I have cybex stroller which I absolutely love. Was very excited to get their carseat, it looked like dream, especially for my back. To my disappointment, the rotation does not work, seat doesn't adjust. My daughter hates it and every day she gives us a hard time getting into the carseat. My daughter is 3 and I have this carseat since she was 1 yo. The bottom buckle is so low, and does not adjust. I should have gotten the Nuna, my sister has it and it is amazing. When I contacted cybex about the problem they said to watch video. This was their solution.
Terrible!!!! DO NOT WASTE your money.
I was so much looking forward to have this car seat for my granddaughters - I was ok for it to be too pricey and to heavy hoping that easy access will help my back and being a bit bulky and heavy would provide additional safety. I was wrong on both points. The most disappointing was that not only my husband and I - both engineers- could not install this car seat (we never had any issues with and other brands/models), but when I went to local fire station- the officer who specializing in providing car seats for residents of our city was not able to do. He struggled for a long time and we both decided that it was not worth it. It took my husband some time to put everything back in the box and ship it back - never mind trip to UPS with a VERY heavy and bulky box. I decided to stick with Diona - we already have 3 car seats by this brand and we vouched never to buy Cybex again.

The best there is!
I didn’t realize how much of a blessing this would be when it was gifted to us. We absolutely love this car seat! It is comfortable-our baby boy actually enjoys being in it, it is safe-most important, and it is great for adventuring families like ours! The rotation feature makes it especially helpful when getting baby in and out of our keep wrangler. I would highly recommend to families on the go!

Life Saver!
This car seat is so revolutionary & a back saver! I have a history of lower back injuries due to my career as a professional dancer. This design allows for me to safely get my baby into his car seat while not putting myself in a bad angle that flares up my back! So grateful for this product & design!

Worth the *investment*!
We purchased this after getting into a new and bigger vehicle (Nissan Armada). Our youngest is 6 months old and was outgrowing her infant seat much quicker than her older sister. I did my research and was determined this was the seat for me! I was able to install it myself with ease and my little one rides much more comfortably! Removing the cover for cleaning (after massive blowout) was super simple!

Very loose and unsafe
We had high expectations but it’s garbage. We can’t use it, we have Mercedes GLC and can’t tight enough I don’t feet save to drive looking to buy Nuna Rava.
Usage
Easy to install and sensors work great.
