Disappointed

Absolutely disappointed. The head cover has completely different colour from seat cover. I want return or exchange as for this price it should not happened.

Difficult to assemble

The zips and other bits are so tight and difficult to assemble I tore bits of skin and got angry! Also such a tight fit when assembled the handle to fold is very tight. Not a perfect execution - less good than other cybex parts

Une grande complication!

An sich ein tolles Produkt mit hoher Qualität. Den Aufbau empfand ich aber als qualvolle Mühe! Wir kauften dieses Seat Pack erst, als unser kleines, etwa sechs Monate alt war, da wir zuvor gut mit dem Autositz zurecht kamen. Dabei ging uns natürlich die schnalle abhanden, die mit dem Priam Ramen geliefert wurde. Die Anleitung habe ich bestimmt 40 mal in die Hand genommen, jedes Mal wieder, ohne zu wissen, wo oben und unten sein soll, und was mir das Bildchen gerade sagen will. Meine Frau hatte schon gar keine Chance, das Teil mit Kind auf dem Arm auch zu verwenden. An einem ruhigen Samstag dann und mit Ersatzteil in der Hand gelang es mir, nach einer Stunde Arbeit, dieses Prachtstück auch zu verwenden.

Beware of missing parts

Part missing from original order (seat buckle) which you only find out about now. Cybex not responding. I cannot understand why the buckle of the stroller would be attached to the earlier order, and then this will come with the shoulder straps. Yes maybe I should have checked the original stroller package to make sure all contents were sent, but we’re new parents and I installed the stroller with the infant cot and never thought anything of not having a part we don’t need. Cybex hasn’t responded for over a week now, we are traveling soon, and don’t know what to do.
