I bought this 9/12/25 and for about 2.5 months it worked great and the coffee tasted great. Then one day, it would not brew. I did all the troubleshooting and even de-scaled the unit. The lights come on but that is it. I am very disappointed.

Great in an RV!
We have a RV and my Cuisinart SoHo works great in my compact kitchen area. It brews my favorite coffee quick and easy when we travel. Love it!

I will be so disappointed if this doesn’t last.
I’m reading reviews on this coffee maker ; I certainly hope mine is a good one because I like everything about it. Being able to clean the water tank was the best. I’ve cleaned coffee makers where the slime in the water tank made me throw that thing in the trash. The mesh baskets that come with most coffee makers normally don’t filter as well as the paper but the paper changes the flavor and this basket does a very good job of filtering. It’s makes a lot of gurgling noises but when it’s done you know it’s done. The brew cancel button is still confusing to me. It acts like you didn’t push it so I push it for longer time and then it wants to shut off. I think I’m not understanding it. I like the size of this machine and the thirty minute auto shut off. I just hope this is a long lasting coffee maker. This one is a light color and a small foot print. I’ve owned bunn coffee makers, Mr coffee, Hamilton beach, and one other Cuisinart . I gave the cuisinart to a friend and wished I’d kept it. It like this one makes consistently flavorful coffee. Which is another plus: it has a charcoal water filter in the reservoir . Very simple to change.

Great Hot Cup of Joe!
We really like this coffee maker and the simple fact you do not need coffee filters makes it even that much better. Coffee is very hot and delicious.

Quality Manufacturing
Quality materials used in manufacturing. Design seems over thought, not clear why the water well needs a slanted insert. Disappointed that the burner shuts off after 30 minutes. The enclosed instructions are a wasted expense, online manual much more comprehensive. Wish it came with a metal carafe.
