Bought this coffeemaker last week to replace another Cuisinart. Looks beautiful and set up with no problems. Made first pot, it stopped about half way through and ErH code came on display. The warming plate got so hot it boiled the coffee in the pot! Unplugged, cooled down and reset. Tried two more times with same results. Boxed it up and returned to store for refund. This model is a piece of garbage! And dangerous.

One issue with this product
Nice big pot of coffee! My only dislike is the coffee pot lid. When you pour a cup, better do it over the sink or remove the lid. Something in the lids shape needs to be changed to correct this problem.

Flashing Brew/Off button — No Coffee
Quit working after 5 weeks of use. Light within the Brew/Off button just slowly flashes on/off. No way to bypass it and get it to do anything. Do not buy this thing.

Have some issues
The lid on the carafe requires you to hold it down while you pour out the coffee. This is difficult for a person with carpal tunnel syndrome. A more dubious point is that more grounds in order to make decent coffee. Both issues are by comparison with our old Kenmore coffee maker that we needed to replace.
