Not recommended

I am very disappointed with this coffee maker. The carafe is very heavy even when empty and the user is required to tilt the carafe almost perpendicular to pour from it.

Love the thermal carafe

I prefer a thermal carafe to a glass coffee pot, to avoid that burned coffee taste. I love my Cuisinart thermal, and just bought my second one.

This should have been my first coffee pot

I bought this pot because I like my coffee hot after it completes brewing and because the carafe is not glass. I had so many of the glass carafes break on me I could have bought a new cuisinart coffee pot. I am happier that my freshly brewed coffe is hot. Everything washes very nicely.

One of the Easiest and BEST coffee

Our last coffee maker was so hard to use and fill with water. I kept on getting the grounds in the water. This one has so much room in the inside and the first cup of coffee was delicious. This one looks great and coffee is superb. Will stay with Cuisinart next time too. Do yourself a favor and get this one!!!
