Think again

I was so excited to get this bag. If only. Opened it to find a completely different bag, all tags removed, no receipt, put into a plastic bag with a upc number on it. Is this a scam(not first time this has happened from this company)? But the really hard thing to accept is this company took my money and over a week later (bag returned) I don’t even have a return approval…let alone my money back. Oh, they said they’d be happy to place another order for me if I would pay for that one too.

Absolutely love this bag!!! I’ve been eyeing her for the longest time and decided to buy it for my birthday and she’s beautiful, the pockets are so cute, and she can fit a good amount of stuff even a water bottle lol 10/10 would recommend
