Beautiful shoe, but slips on my heel

I have several pair so Clergerie shoes and boots and I love all of them. I was so disappointed when I received these and they slip on my heel. I ordered the same size as I always do. I have put a heel cushion on them so now I can't return. It hasn't helped. They are also very tight in the toe area.
