Ill fitting and unattractive

The dress did not fit me well. The bodice section was too big in arm holes and too long and roomy. The skirt portion fit fine. But the twist accent in the center is unflattering. It pooches out and is very unattractive. The fabric was a bit cheap looking. I am 5'5", 122 pounds, size small.
