Bloomingdale has lost its customer buyer service

She had scuff marks on them, was not stuffed to preserve shape. Had a missing shoe bad and appeared to be the display shoe they sent me. I recommend the shoe but not the store. It’s not like it use to be. They send you the wrong items, damage items, just poor service.
