Disappointing

I was hoping for a rich, luxurious brown suede, but the finish looked more distressed and worn than expected — almost as if it had already been used. The suede lacked the richness I associate with Chloe bags, and the zipper detail didn’t appeal to me either. The size was fine, but overall the bag didn’t have the elevated look I was hoping for. I returned the bag.

A zero would be too high

If I could give a zero I would. This bag came to me without any wrapping, without any tags, with small scratches on the side. I did return it in the store. The salesgirl couldn’t believe it. This was supposed to be my birthday present. It wasn’t!!
