Quality not what expected
Love the look and color of the bag. Purchased my first one and had to return it because of what looks to be a slice in the shoulder strap. Re-ordered and received 2nd one and same issue. I would expect a bag of this price would not have quality issues. Not the first time I have had issues with the quality.

The zipper cheapens the look of the bag! I returned mine.
Very Disappointed
The color I bought was beautiful, but the leather looks lumpy or wrinkly )(not referring to the pebbly texture, but the drape of the leather, look carefully at some of the photos) I hoped it would smooth out but it did not. The biggest issue is the darn zipper. The "tail" end of the upper hangs out of the bag. To close the bag you must grasp the tail end and pull it straight out, then operate the zipper with your other hand. It hurts your fingers, and it is a pain in the neck when you are out and about, The zipper is none too smooth to pull up. If you want to tuck the tail inside the bag so much the worse for you. You cannot see this kind of thing online... The lining is not very nice, either. I also must call B'dales out for shipping this $2100 item in a plastic bag, not a nice box , just shoved into a cardboard box with some air bags. I hope I will have better experience with the medium Marcie in the round shape, which does not have a top zipper.
