Universal palette, but low-quality packaging
It's a good, universal palette. The right shade in the second row is actually a very nice duochrome, there is a transition shade, an inner corner one and the grey-bluish one is a good 'party' shade. It seems that the pans are powders are quite fragile, mine arrived broken, but i was able to fix it. To me, though, the packaging looks nice when I browse it online, but feels cheap in real life, the print seems to be low quality, overall, I am not happy with Chantecaille packaging, although content is usually nice, but not worthy of the price tag.

Chantecaille - Hummingbird Quartet Limited Edition cool
The eyeshadow is velvety to the touch, very soft, stretches over the skin like silk, well pigmented, ideally shaded into a delicate haze, does not stain, when applied, only the darkest shade crumbles a little, and even then this is not a problem - I apply it with my finger, so it becomes more "wet" in appearance. The shine is very delicate, to a greater extent with the effect of a wet overflow, while individual sparkles on the skin are not visible. The eyeshadow visually smoothes the surface of the eyelid, and does not emphasize the texture, as some others do - the skin with them is smoother. In terms of durability, they are not super-resistant - without a base at the end of the day they fade a little, but with a base they hold for at least 7 hours without changes.

I wanted to love this so much more!
I was really excited to buy this and saved up to spend so much on an eyeshadow palette. I was convinced that all 4 colours would work really well on me (blonde, very fair). I just didn't love any of the colours. They're all ok but I found I needed to use a lot to get a depth of pigment and none of them were as flattering as the Hourglass scattered light eyeshadows. I felt disappointed. Also, as soon as I started using a brush on them a lot of product came off. I think it would run out very quickly. Sadly, I'm disappointed.

SUPER
All shades look beautiful on the eyelids. shades of the Chantecaille Cool Hummingbird Quartet palette are very soft, silky and easy to apply, blend well, do not crumble during the day if I use a base. There is only one minus for me: two grams of shadows, and far from the lowest price.

I ran out of this palette very quickly.
The quality of the eyeshadows here is excellent, wonderful interesting colors, cute packaging. But the price is clearly too high for such a small amount of product that was put here. And here are the tiny compartments for the shadows .... oh ... I think the price is not justified.

Superb
Beyond surprised the warm quartet is still in stock having acquired mine exactly a year ago and being convinced it was a limited edition! :) The colour story is gorgeous and compliments both hazel-coloured eyes and warm complexions beautifully. Definitely one of the best releases from Chantecaille to date!

Cool
Unfortunately the 'cool', or blue, palette is sold out everywhere but anyone who has is will know why... The beauty of the outer packaging is rivaled only by what's inside. Each colour is lovelier than the next, both in pan and on the eyelids. You can create both everyday and special looks from here without pulling from other palettes and that makes it worthwhile to me. I wanted to take a star off because the pans are so small, and I mean insanely small, and the price tag is huge... but I can't - it's just that beautiful.

Stunning
I bought the warm quartet because I adore the colour story and it did not disappoint. The eyeshadows are very creamy and pigmented. They blend like a dream - if you want better colour pay off and longer wear time use an eyeshadow primer, as with any eyeshadow.
