This purchase was not the quality I expect nor normally get from Macy’s. These are shoes which look and smell as if they were previously worn. If I had another choice to wear which I needed the next day, I would have returned them. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Great product! Slow boat!

I love Chanel, and I love this product. It’s a 10 out of 10. And I appreciated that Bloomingdale’s offer of a significant discount. Bravo! I have loved Bloomingdale’s for a long time. That being said, I am severely disappointed with Bloomingdale’s “free” shipping choices. Has Bloomingdale’s discontinued its relationship with 2-day ship ShopRunner? There was no ShopRunner option. Now Bloomingdale’s “free” shipping goes on a slow boat any takes 10 days! This is not the level of service Bloomingdale’s has delivered in the past. I received my package, but the uncertainty and length of time it took to receive it makes me reluctant to continue shopping at Bloomingdale’s on-line. Bottom line, this customer is disappointed with Bloomingdale’s, not the product.
