Be careful shopping with them 😬

Horrible experience with Bloomingdales. First, it took almost 2 hours in store to open an account. None of the cashiers knew how to complete the process. Then, they did not know the 20% off first two day usage, was capped at $250 savings. Finally I never received half of my order. When I reached out to customer support, they said my claim was reviewed and denied. How are you going to tell me I got something that I didn’t? Not happy with any part of the Bloomingdale experience.

I loved the jacket.

Very warm and runs bigger than what I’m Used to from CG. Their coats always feel tighter in the armpit areas but this one didn’t. I didn’t keep it because it was a bit too warm for a short jacket.

Runs a little big but oh man is it warm

Bought this in my regular size XS. Seems to run a little big, but still looks and feels great and there is room for a heavy sweater. Really warm but had to buy some cross country pants and polarfleece tights since it is quite short. Very comfortable and great for errands in the car. Super quality, love the pockets.
