Beautiful Large Roaster
This roaster is amazing! The 3 layer construction with an aluminum core is not only great for roasting in the oven but also perfect for browning on the stovetop to make gravy. It’s heavy and sturdy, and the handles are large and comfortable and make it easy to lift with a heavy bird in it. Similar roasters like the All Clad are priced more than double this one, so this is also a great buy!

perfect size
I needed a new roaster to replace my 15 year old one. This item was recommended on line by a cooking show, and I am completely happy with it. It is well made, turkey and ham both cooked evenly and perfectly.

Rack Shifts in Pan
This is a lovely pan in a good size. Unfortunately, it is poorly designed. The rack shifts every time the pan is picked up, creating an unsafe and tenuous situation. Next time I use it I am going to have to shove something in the pan, like rolled up foil, to hold the rack in place.

Best Roaster Ever!
I have gone through so many cheap roasters over the years that I could have paid for this two times over. Sigh. This is the best roaster! Perfect size for week night chicken dinner as well as holiday turkey. And bottom allows me to make awesome gravy. Couldn't be happier. Lifetime warranty - hallelujah.

Exactly what I expected
This roasting pan is recommended by America's Test Kitchen, so when it arrived I was expecting a very high-quality pan. I wasn't disappointed. Roasts wonderfully and cleans up very easily. It is quite heavy compared to other pans I"ve had in the past - though that contributes to the quality of the pan. It is also quite large, so I will have no worries about roasting a much bigger turkey if I need to for larger gatherings.

Basic roaster
Love Calphalon and this roaster was okay. Did not like the design of the handles, not comfortable to hold onto.
