Professional Chef Grade

Asked for this pan as a special Christmas gift - and am so very happy with it. The pan has a large, flat bottom that is perfect for searing meats. Because the pan is all stainless steel it is ideal for finishing your meats in a baking oven. The glass lid is also helpful when sauteing dishes on top of the stove.

Fanatastic Pan

I first started cooking with Calphalon anodized pans twenty years ago. They still look new after all of these years. I recently changed over to the tri-ply stainless steel. After three years of use they still look and perform like new.

Amazing Saute Pan!

I love both of the pieces of AccuCore cookware I own. Amazingly even cooking at low temperatures. Great additions to my Unison set. I want more!
