Beautiful but for small chest only

The swimsuit itself is very beautiful and the quality feels great. I wanted to make this suit work for my 36C chest and was willing to wear a strapless bra underneath to give me support. Unfortunately the bandeau is very short - only a few inches to cover the boobies. I bought a size up and it only increased the length around my chest but didn't give additional height to cover cleavage. So sadly, I have been unable to make this beauty work.
