Great features!

I bought this lipstick as my previous ended and I decided to try something new. Texture is light and not glossy. Packaging amazing and posh. Colour as described in website.

Honestly, why?

I love most things from this brand, but I really can't get behind this product. First off, the packaging itself is beautiful and feels very luxury (as you would expect for the price!) but the texture and finish of the product feels a little off, and doesn't feel that moisturising at all even though it's a lip *balm*! I've given it 2 starts simply because it does look quite nice on the lips even if the texture is slightly off, but I wouldn't repurchase, I'd rather just buy a different lip balm, and get a lipstick in the right shade!

Wanted to love it but failed

This is the expensive lip balm I own and it’s unimpressive to say the least. I don’t find it moisturising at all so I am really struggling to see the point. It does not help that it actually has a funky smell. I’ll stick to the products that I know and love from now on. This is not one of them.

Absolutely awful

This product should not be sold - I can’t imagine a person it would suit. Waxy, light coloured, not a nude colour as advertised. It was very drying on my lips and not as described. It’s such a shame, I find Byredo products touch and go, there should be an instore counter to test these out first.

Style over substance

Sadly, this product makes me doubt the whole Byredo range. It looks amazing. It's heavy, premium packaging. Truly eye catching. However, the contents are like something from a cheap drug store. Utterly basic. Vile smell/taste. Save your money and buy something else from the range instead.

Not worth the cost

I am a big Byredo fan but was hugely disappointed by the quality of their lip balm.it’s hardly moisturising and doesn’t feel or smell nice on my lips. I feel that the price point is way off base with this one - you could get much better quality lip balms fir much less. Hard pass I’m afraid!

I don't get it

I received this as a gift, I wouldn't ever purchase this myself and was shocked at the price. I got it in chromophobia which is the clear colour, it is just a standard lip balm, nothing special at all. The packaging is really heavy, the magnetic lid is nice. That's it.
