The ghost flower is a rare species that dares to blossom above this baked, hard ground. Despite its arid surroundings and inability to produce nectar, the ghost flower, or mohavea confertiflora, maintains its perfect, majestic beauty and thrives year after year.

    In an astonishing feat of ingenuity, the flower uses mimicry to attract the pollinators of a neighboring plant species by developing markings that resemble those of a female bee genus attracted to its subject and duping the male bee into following suit. This moving, human-like behavior and captivating tale of survival lies in the foundation that inspired 'Mojave Ghost', an homage to this most bewitching flower.

Great hair perfume

I love the Byredo Mojave Ghost fragrance and the hair perfume is a cool addition to the range. It spritzes out in a light mist and the scent is subtle and sophisticated. The packaging is nice and ideal for travel. It's expensive for a hair spray but a good way to try the scent before committing to the perfume.

Nice!

The Mojave Ghost hair perfume is nice but not as great as the actual perfume, it smells slightly different. It is still very nice and warm and musky but it's a lot less noticeable and doesn't last very long at all. Overall, I would recommend the actual perfume over the hair perfume.

Great addition to the range

Mojave Ghost is my new favourite scent-it really lasts (especially on clothes)and everyone compliments me on it! The hair perfume is a terrific addition to the Byredo range and really helps create an "all over"scent that lasts all day or evening.I really recommend you to try it!

Wow factor ..

this fragrance is incredibly hard to describe.. but yet it is SO lovely .. it has a mildly sweet yet woodsy and clean scent .. Mojave Ghost is not cheap but I fell hard for it so it is my new signature fragrance .. I think ppl hug me longer now just to smell my hair ..
