I smell soapy and that's a good thing!
I was walking into the GA - Auburn game this fall and I swear I could smell my long-sought but yet to be discovered Signature Scent. I asked the woman who smelled so great what she was wearing. She told me it was Byredo Blanche and let me smell her arm for confirmation. I immediately ordered the travel size. Honestly, it's the greatest, cleanest, freshest, most alluring scent. I love it. I more recently bought the big bottle. Took me a few decades but I found my scent.

Better than the OG version
I was a lover of Blanche EDP and even owned a bottle but that version can be a little sharp. The Absolut version has the same projection and longevity but isn’t as sharp which is why I love it more. Kind of reminds me of NR Pure Musk. This version has replaced the OG imo!

I love Byredo - for me this brand can do no wrong. I have always liked Blanche - not my favourite of their scents, but lovely nonetheless - and was expecting greater things from the Absolu version. However, I find it doesn't last anywhere near as long as the original, and the scent itself isn't quite as unique and arresting - quite synthethic, as others have said. Smells great on its own, but not as good on my skin. I wouldn't say this was worth it for the price.

I didn’t love it
I received 8ml of this byredo Blanche in my space nk fragrance advent. I do love the cute little bottles however I hate dab style bottles but the scent is not for me. I hate the smell of pepper and get a really strong scent of it from this the twice tried it. It is fresh but strong and not in a good way for me. I have used the little bottle as decor in my bathroom

You must really love super clean white florals in order to enjoy this, neroli especially. I don’t, so it makes me nauseous. I wasn’t able to enjoy any other notes coming through as neroli stubbornly stayed and stayed and stayed. The “clean” aspect of this is too much I would say, as it veers into bucket of toilet cleaner territory. It’s especially harsh in cold weather, I can’t stomach it enough to try it out again when it gets warmer. Spray sparingly, this is a beast.

I received this as a sample with a recent purchase and I was really disappointed with the fragrance as I love Gypsy Water and Bal d'Afrique and was expecting something better. When one first sprays this on one is really hit right at the top of the nose with the scent of received a sample of this with a recent order and was really disappointed with this fragrance as I love laundry detergent. It is extremely pungent and to me unpleasant. The softer floral notes surface a bit later but the ultra clean smell doesn't disappear. To me it isn't a very complex or subtle fragrance and smells synthetic. If you like the scent of laundered sheets and longevity in a fragrance this might be for you.

I liked this perfume, it has a sweet, slightly floral scent that feels very pleasant. I received it as a sample, which is perfect because I enjoy trying a fragrance several times before deciding if it’s truly for me. There’s something unique and a bit different about this scent, so I need more time to see if I genuinely love it enough to purchase a full bottle. For now, I’m happy to keep testing and seeing how it grows on me.
