perfect for everyday use
This rose-scented lip balm has a light fragrance that feels elegant without being overwhelming. The texture is smooth and hydrating, leaving my lips soft with a subtle sheen. It’s perfect for everyday use, a must have, it is a shame the price is a little punchy hence 4 stars anf not 5

Classic lip treatment
It feels somewhere between a lip balm and a lip gloss with a slight sheen and light colour. The rose scent is delicate and classic and it's a pleasure to use. It contains vitamins and nourishes the lips well. I really like the Baume de Rose range and this lip balm is worth trying.

Overrated
I’m going to go against the grain and just be honest, I only got this for the great reviews plus my usual lip balm was out of stock. Well, I’m glad at least I went for the smaller size, because it’s a flop. It smells very very strongly of roses. Now roses I don’t mind, but it’s a very vintage, old makeup/roses kinda thing. Fine, I can tolerate that. But then the issue is that it doesn’t really do anything. It just sits there. If anything, I feel like it’s been quite drying actually. I have tried using a better lip balm underneath, but then again, what’s the point of this? I don’t really need/want a gloss. It does make your lips very pale so prepare for people giving you concerned looks. I do like the applicator yet other than that , not much good to say about it. I regret purchasing this.

Good balm but annoying smell
My lips get dry very quickly so I am always using a lip balm. I am always looking for different lip balms. I have finished a full tube of this lip balm. My lips absolutely loved it. The downside was annoying rose smell. The smell goes away after a while but in my opinion there shouldn't be any need to add strong fragrances to lip balms. Its a fantastic lip balm if you can bear the annoying smell but I won't repurchase it

Very moisturising
Giving 3 stars as don't like rose smell but I absolutely love this Baume de Rose lip balm. I have finished 3 of these tubes. It is long lasting like it lasts 4 - 5 hours easily without having to reapply. My husband love it too. Its very universal balm.

love this lip gloss
I love the By Terry Rose Baum so thought I would try this a go, it applies really nicely and has the same lovely smell. it gives a bit more gloss that the baum but is probably a bit stickier on the lips, it makes a nice change but do I prefer it, no the Baum is still my favourite.

Lovely lip gloss!
I normally don’t like lip gloss as it feels sticky on the lips, but this product is wonderful. Even with a very noticeable rose scent, I like to wear it by itself or on top of lipstick. Highly recommend as a nice way to add moisture and shine.
