shirt never arrived by USPS mail

I received a shipment notice back on May 27, 2025. It's now June 9th and the package still hasn't arrived. I had to contact customer service to receive a refund on my purchase. It was for my son's summer trip, upcoming gr. 5 school pictures and Father’s Day 2025 brunch shirt

My son wears a size 8 but I sized up to a 10 and good thing I did. The shirt is made for slender build with a longer torso. So size up if your child has a little belly
