Beautiful bag, but the quality is not acceptable

I love the look of this bag , which was a Christmas gift from my husband. I stared at it for a few weeks, wondering whether I should keep it since it was an expensive purchase, but decided YES - it's beautiful! I have been very careful with it, but after less than 3 months of limited use, the corners are wearing (one very badly) and the gold lettering appears to be coming off in one place. This bag goes from my house to the passenger seat in my car and gets carried up to my office where it sits on a table. I'm shocked that this type of use would cause what looks like years of wear. I saw a recent similar review on this bag (corners wearing prematurely) and wonder if there is a recent quality issue? I am going to check with the Bloomingdales location where it was purchased to see if anything can be done. It's a stunning bag, but I'm disappointed in the quality.

Near Perfect Black Bag

I've had this bag for well over a year now, and I still think it is the perfect black bag. I only wish the middle compartment/divider wasnt there, because I can't remember which side of the bag I put stuff in, so it takes longer to find things. But this is a great shape, subtle, but with a nice nod to Burberry's heritage with the house check on the side panels. Love the shoulder strap too.

good bag but I received one looks like be used

I like this bag so I ordered the red one in the store but I received one which looks like be used. There are some scratches on the leather and the metal parts, so I returned it. Please be more responsible for the product you sell.
