Strange fit, baggy sleeves but trim body

I don't know what happened to Boss. Their fits are so off from other brands. I don't know how this is considered a slim fit. Boss used to run small, but now it runs really big. The fit in the body is nice, but the sleeves are so loose and baggy. It's almost like the body is a slim fit, but the sleeves are from a classic fit jacket. It's odd fitting, and I would not recommend.
