Perfect shape and feel
The pillows have a balanced feel between firm and soft. They retain their shape. These were purchased for a guest room, so we chose down alternative in case of possible allergies of our guests. The shape holds well, as these pillows are mostly in storage and need to look good when brought out for use.

Doesn’t work for me
These pillows are a nice set but for me they are not conforming to my body and therefore have neck pain upon waking. I will stick to goose down going forward. Just my opinion
