I consider Bloomingdale’s to be an upscale retail, but whoever works in this department needs to be reprimanded. My pearl earrings where nicely wrapped but when I opened the box, one was secured and the other loosely thrown underneath the partition in the bottom of the box. Very tacky. Do better. The site took away my excitement, I was very disappointed works in the jewelry department needs to be reprimanded!
