I purchased this item online for pickup at the Aventura mall in Florida. The Sales Associate was professional and patient with me as I tried them on to see their impact. Not as expected

Although I like that style for the earrings those earrings are too heavy in my opinion. Also, they do not stay straight but instead turn and twist that makes them feel even heavier.
