This isn't Bloomingdales - it's Macy's!

I bought this "Bloomingdales Artisan chair" and Macy's came to deliver it and the delivery guys (awful) said the chair was "damaged." They refused to deliver it. Now I'm stuck trying to convince Macy's that I never got this chair. NIGHTMARE.
