Worth it

I’m so glad I bought this. It was a great price. Lighter than my iron skillet and better for high heat than my stainless pans. Highly recommended.

Loose handle

I returned this pan. The handle was very loose. Otherwise the pan had a nice weight. I am just not comfortable with a very loose and poorly riveted handle.

Great pan

It came in clean with clear instructions. I washed it with hot water and detergent several times to get rid of protective wax. Was not sure about it so I seasoned it once with Canola oil. Just to make sure that it is ok. I fried eggs and meat. It works great. No sticking and the best part is I don’t have to wash it. I just clean the pan with paper towel and hang it. Overall great carbon steel pan.

Works for me

I ordered and reviewed the 8" pan, and I gave it 5 stars with a small caveat. It's a little on the heavy side. Well, the same goes fore this one. It's a great pan without resorting to cast iron. The company claims it's "lightweight". It probably is compared to cast iron, but frying pans in general, it's a little on the heavier side. Yes, I do recommend it.
