My favorite work out shorts

These are my favorite work-out or lounge shorts. I got the 5" long in Medium. Looks great with a longer tshirt for a causal outfit too. Fit is TTS, I am 5'4" and 155lbs, The pink is a fun, bright color

Favorite for hot yoga

I find the Spacedye sets to be the best for hot yoga. I’ve tried sets from Lululemon and Athleta, but the Beyond Yoga Spacedye set is special in that it doesn’t roll up and it doesn’t feel slippery when you’re sweating. 10/10 recommend! Also great for lifting as it offers a bit more structure/compression.

See Thru & Snug

Bought these because the color (bright pink) was on sale and I needed more at-home workout shorts. I could never wear these in public, they are so see-through and immediately fail the squat test. They’re also a little tight, only made comfortable by how stretchy they are. For ref, I’m a medium and usually 6/8 in bottoms

Workout Must-Have
