Damaged during delivery

The delivery company that was recommended by Bloomingdales damaged the Bernhardt dresser. They did not know how to put the dresser drawers back correctly. The drawers were falling out and they damaged the wood and chipped the paint. My husband and I along with my daughters were in the room taking pictures and recording this fiasco. I called the salesman and he put me in touch with the supervisor at the Bloomingdales in Boca. She was arrogant and rude and kept repeating "this has never happened before." When I asked for her boss, she was just as arrogant and not helpful at all. I have spent thousands of dollars for furniture at Bloomingdales and I was extremely disappointed. I have ordered furniture from many other stores including their sister store, Macys and had an incredible experience.
