Poorly packaged junk

The necklace arrived a jumbled tangled mess. So tangled I needed to use a pin to carefully untangle it which took some time to do and required me to cut the attached tag which was also tangled up in the chain. Once finally untangled I could see a tarnished spot on the gold chain front and center. So disappointed and aggravated! A cute necklace but it is now sold out and I cannot exchange for a new one.
