Love the style But packaging was terrible

Love the color and style of the sneaker. However, the sneakers I received were either display or returned with minor imperfections and missing Balenciaga dust bags, extra shoe laces, and authenticity cards.

Used Shoes

I seriously can't believe I was sent used shoes. The insides are turning brown. Visible scuff marks all around the shoes and dirty bottom. And they smell.
