Disappointed

I purchased 2 orders SAME ITEM! Those 2 purchases still DID NOT come with the COIN PURSE as advertised in the picture mind you the coin purse itself cost about $400 itself if you buying them separately so please be Aware for anyone who wants to purchase this, it wont come as what you expected!!! Both Bloomingdale’s and balenciaga store they just gonna tell you to go back and forth and you get nowhere! I called so many times and the supervisor didn’t even want to accept my call. This is my first purchase and im so disappointed! I personally like the bag tho but I’m not going to buy something that is missing with what I supposed to get. 2 times and still the same issue happened!! False advertisement indeed
