Feels and Looks Cheap

I was really looking forward to receiving this item to replace a similar layering item I had and love but knew I would be returning this item as soon as I tried it on. The fabric looks and feels cheap. Its thin, wrinkly and doesn't lay well on the body. Hugely disappointed for the quality even on sale this is NOT worth it.
