Didnt get the refund
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I returned the shoes weeks ago and have contacted customer support three times about my refund. They told me it would be processed after October 12th, but I still haven’t received it. The lack of communication and delay is really frustrating.
Cute but not for me
They are cute sandals but not comfortable. I only tried them at home, but like others said, just to buckle them up with this small buckle it took a long time. I ended up returning them
