Too much fabric!

The skirt is too long for petite frame, I’m 5 feet, 32 cup, 28 inseam. I still fit for some XS Aqua dress perfectly. It also too much wide or too much fabric for me. Maybe it will fit someone taller. Love the material which is cotton and the design.

Thought I hated it when it was delivered. But then I tried it on and loved it. This is a perfect summer skirt and the elastic waist assures a perfect fit. I bought my true size , medium, which was simply perfect.
