Buckle was jammed and couldn't open purse

I was super excited when it arrived in the mail but I couldn't get the purse to open because the closure system is too complex. Once I finally got it to open, I had a hard time closing it. Unfortunately, I am going to have to return it because I think I got a fault item. It's a great, cute design for the price but I wished that it was more functional and the buckle/closure wasn't so complex to operate.

Disappointing Belt Purse

Had to return this waist purse. It doesn’t fit my IPhone 7plus. It’s cute but not practical. It’s just a little too small. The belt purse by Nasty Girl is so much better.

Great Quality

It's a great quality bag but the length of the belt is not plus size friendly. I wear a 16W and the belt did not fit. Luckily I had a black leather belt that I switched out.
