What a disappointment - The color was shredded

I never write a review for clothing that I don't like. I just return it and move on. BUT, this was SO disappointing, especially coming from Bloomingdales!!! Such poor quality. And the color was shredded. Intentionally, as part of the design, I suppose. But there is NO WAY this would have survived even one washing. Needless to say, I will be sending it back :(
