Never received the dress

This is more a commentary on Bloomingdale's shipping and customer service. I order this dress six weeks ago and it never came. The status was listed as processing the whole time. I called customer service 3 times before they cancelled the order because it was no longer available. Meanwhile, I probably could have done a second order weeks ago and it would have arrived by now.
