Good product but bad delivery service provider.

It is soft material. Comfortable for kid to wear. Overall product itself is good quality. The reason is 3 stars because UPS delivered the package to wrong house and luckily my neighbor nice enough brought it to us. Otherwise we have to call in and request for replacement.
