Great diffuser, missing reed sticks

I'm a repeat buyer for the brand. This is a great diffuser. A complaint is about the shipping issue: missing reed sticks. I'll see if the Bloomingdale store front person will give me sticks if I showed the receipt and explained the situation or I need to send it back to fix the problem. I ordered 6 bottles of diffusers: only 2 came with the right size reed sticks even after I made a phone call to attach a special note to the order not to forget including reed sticks. One large one got long sticks (right size), the other came with short ones (wrong size). It didn't make any sense.

This product is perfect

I have used this product for years and stopped for a short time. I went back to Lemona Verneba & Cedar Diffuser because I missed the scent which is beautiful, very soothing and not "heavy". When the bathroom door is closed and I open and walk in I feel as if I am entering a large luxurious bathroom and taken away from the rest of the apartment. I must add that my apartment is lovely and gives me a comfortable, safe area and the Lemon Verbena adds to it.
