Bloomingdales has terrible Customer Service

I returned this item the day after I received it because it was too large. I received a receipt that said that my VISA card would be credited for my return. Instead two weeks later I received a GIFT CARD. I immediately contacted Bloomingdales and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. My Visa card has STILL not been credited for the return and it has been 22 days. This is RIDICULOUS. COnsider yourseld warned.
