Complaint about product condition – Amalia bedding

am extremely disappointed with the way my recent order from Bloomingdale’s was delivered. I ordered luxury Amalia bedding, expecting it to arrive in perfect, brand-new condition. Instead, it was sent in a sloppy, wrinkled state, with the packaging looking as if it had been previously opened or mishandled. This is not what I expect from a premium retailer or a luxury brand. Is Amalia even aware that Bloomingdale’s ships their products like this?
