Pan will warp

Pan will warp through time. Submitted pan to warranty. Denied warranty because they said the pan was overheated. Apparently you can’t use the pan over high heat?! It’s a sauté pan!! I’ve been a professional chef for over 20 years and I’ve never heard of such a thing. Apparently their “lifetime warranty” is not something they stand by. I will never purchase any All Clad products ever again.

Love this pan!

I was looking for a non-stick 12" frying pan. Found it! Cooks well and clean up was easy. Would definitely recommend All-Clad products and the sale price was a bonus!

12 inch sauté pan

So far so good. Higher quality non stick, a heavier pan. The middle of pan does have a high spot, and the wall of the pan is steeper than I prefer. It makes flipping harder.

Perfect size!

I needed to replace an old pan, and this one looked perfect: it even came with a lid. Big plus! I like that it is made from non-stick material and looks and feels as though it will last me forever.

Perfect for Potstickers

No matter what I tried, my SS pans couldn't handle frozen potstickers. They turn out great in this pan.

Exactly what I was looking for. My last 12” non stick pan (not all-clad) bit the dust & I looked to replace it with the most recommended brand & this was it. It is heavy so I’m hoping that means extra durability.

The Best!

Great pan! Heats evenly and super easy to clean. Well worth the money as it’s so much better than cheaper pans. We use nothing but All-Clad pans for our breakfast’s at the inn.
