Great item
Had a choice to buy other induction capable cookware and glad I got Al-Clad copper core for large stock pot. Boils quickly and temp control is great. Price is high but you get what you pay for.

Great Stock Pot
Love my copper core cookware. Purchased a large , 8 qt , stick pot that did not come with my set. Wonderful pot for large batches of chili or vegetable soup. It works beautifully with my induction range.

Beautiful and functional soup pot
This is an upgrade after retiring my previous 8 qt stock pot that put in 20 years of service. This pot will go in my will as the construction is solid. The design is beautiful but as important, it heats evenly and this design is lower and wider than my previous pot which I like better. It allows more surface area for sautéing/softening vegetables when making soup.

Toffee Maker
This stockpot is the best for making candy. I regularly make toffee and I can always count on an even cook because of the cooper lining. That doesn't mean I can walk away from the stove, but it does make the process easier. I actually have two now.

Beautiful cookware; soft rounded shape.
I bought this to replace a very old All-Clad pot. This one is excellent for cooking pasta or making soups. The handles are easy to use and I like the soft rounded shape -- nothing sharp at the top of the lid like the older versions.
